Curtrice Bush
CEOCurtrice Bush co-founded House of Mercy and Grace in March 2012, beginning with a street ministry in Chicago that grew into a full-service nonprofit. As CEO, she oversees day-to-day operations including case management, the soup kitchen, and shelter services. Her hands-on approach and deep empathy for those in need make her an irreplaceable pillar of the organization.
Sylvia McKinley
COO/SecretarySylvia McKinley serves as COO and Secretary, bringing strong leadership and accountability to House of Mercy and Grace. She manages all program operations and ensures resources are used effectively and transparently. Her commitment to the mission is foundational to the long-term health of the organization.
Shaundila Bass
Director of Finances / TreasurerShaundila Bass serves as Director of Finances and Treasurer for House of Mercy and Grace, overseeing all budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance. She ensures the organization's resources are managed with integrity and transparency. Her financial stewardship helps the ministry grow sustainably while maintaining the trust of donors and partners.
William J. Bell
Director of OutreachWilliam J. Bell leads all outreach efforts for House of Mercy and Grace, connecting the ministry with individuals and families in need across the community. He builds relationships with partner organizations, churches, and local agencies to expand the reach of the organization's services. His compassionate dedication makes him a trusted advocate for those the ministry serves.
